Private transport for Miami events
Formula 1, Art Basel, the Boat Show and Music Week. A chauffeur who waits, so you never queue at midnight.
Miami runs on events, and they all break transport
Every major Miami event has the same problem: tens of thousands of people trying to leave the same place at the same time. Surge pricing triples, rideshare drivers cancel rather than sit in the queue, and the walk to a pickup zone can be twenty minutes in evening clothes.
A pre-booked chauffeur removes all of it. The car is already there, in a spot agreed in advance, and it waits as long as it needs to.
Events we cover
- Formula 1 Miami Grand Prix. Hard Rock Stadium empties all at once. We agree a pickup point away from the main exit flow before race day.
- Art Basel Miami Beach. Multiple venues, multiple days, and a schedule that changes hourly. Usually booked as hourly charter so the vehicle stays with you.
- Miami International Boat Show. Split across sites with limited parking. We handle the shuttling between them.
- Miami Music Week and Ultra. Late finishes, closed roads, and the worst rideshare pricing of the year.
- Private events. Weddings, corporate functions, restaurant openings and dinners.
How event bookings work
Most event work is booked as hourly charter rather than point to point, because event days rarely run to plan. The vehicle and chauffeur are yours for the block, the route can change as the evening does, and there is no renegotiating a price at 1am.
For arrivals from out of town we combine it with an airport transfer so the same chauffeur handles the whole visit. Our Miami events calendar sets out when the city fills up and what that does to the roads.
Common questions
How far ahead should I book for a major event?
For Formula 1, Art Basel and Music Week, as early as you can. Those weekends book out, and so does every other operator in the city. A fortnight is comfortable; the day before is optimistic.
Where will the car meet me when the venue is closed off?
We agree the exact pickup point before the day, chosen to sit outside the main exit flow rather than inside it. You get the location and the chauffeur’s number by text.
Can the car wait between venues?
On an hourly booking, yes. That is the main reason event work is booked that way.
What if the event overruns?
The chauffeur stays. Extra time is billed at the same rate, with no late-night multiplier.
Can you carry a larger group?
Yes. A Sprinter seats a larger party, and multiple vehicles can be arranged for a group travelling together.
