Which airport should you fly into?
MIA is closer to Miami Beach and Downtown, and usually the better choice if your schedule allows it. FLL is roughly 45 minutes further north. If you are choosing between them, factor in that traffic on I-95 between Fort Lauderdale and Miami is genuinely unpredictable between 4pm and 7pm.

Miami International Airport (MIA)
The main commercial gateway and the closest major airport to Miami Beach, roughly 20 to 30 minutes depending on traffic. Meet and greet inside the terminal, with your flight tracked so the pickup moves if you do.
Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL)
About 45 minutes north of Miami Beach.
Miami-Opa Locka Executive Airport (OPF)
Miami-Dade County’s business aviation airport and the designated reliever for MIA, about 15 miles from Miami Beach. We collect at the FBO and meet the aircraft rather than waiting in a public hall. Give us the tail number or the operator when you book.
President Donald J. Trump International Airport (DJT)
Formerly Palm Beach International (PBI), renamed in 2026, with the airport code changing to DJT. Roughly 70 miles north of Miami Beach, so allow around 90 minutes. Both commercial and private aviation collection.
Common questions
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Nothing, from your side. We track your flight number from the moment you book, so the pickup time adjusts automatically. Delays are not charged as wait time, and you do not need to call us from the runway.
How much luggage fits?
The vehicle comfortably takes four large cases plus carry-ons with four passengers aboard. At full occupancy of six passengers, capacity drops to roughly three large cases. If you are close to the limit, tell us when booking and we will confirm honestly rather than leave you rearranging bags at the curb.
Where exactly will my driver meet me at MIA?
Inside the terminal at baggage claim, holding a name board, unless you prefer curbside. International arrivals are met after customs. We send the driver name and mobile number by text before you land.
Can you fit a car seat?
Yes. Infant, toddler and booster seats are available at no charge, but they must be requested at the time of booking so we can fit them before pickup.
Is the fare per person or per vehicle?
Per vehicle. Six passengers pay the same as one, which is what usually makes a private transfer cheaper than rideshare for families and small groups.
Do you cover Fort Lauderdale as well as Miami?
Yes, both MIA and FLL, in either direction. Fort Lauderdale runs take roughly 45 minutes longer and are priced accordingly.
