The class you book. We confirm it in writing before the journey, and if anything changes you hear it from us rather than discovering it at the kerb.
How much luggage really fits in the SUV?
Four large cases with four passengers. At six passengers, plan on three. If you are near the limit, tell us the passenger and bag count when booking and we will give you an honest answer rather than a hopeful one.
Do you have child seats?
Yes, infant, toddler and booster, at no charge. They must be requested in advance so they are fitted before pickup.
Can you carry more than a Sprinter holds?
Yes, by running more than one vehicle. Send the group size when you book and we will tell you what it takes.
Are the vehicles licensed and insured for paid transport?
Yes. Commercial licensing and insurance details are available on request.
Are the vehicles marked?
No. No livery, no advertising, nothing that announces you arrived in a hired car.
