What we collect when you book a journey, why we hold it, and who else sees it.
Who we are
Limolux MB is a private chauffeur service operating in Miami Beach and the surrounding Miami-Dade and Broward areas. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you enquire or travel with us, why we hold it, and who else sees it. It applies to this website and to bookings made by phone or WhatsApp.

What we collect
We collect only what is needed to quote for a journey and then carry it out:
- Contact details – your name, phone number and email address.
- Journey details – pickup and drop-off addresses, date and time, passenger and luggage counts, and any child seat requirement.
- Travel references – flight numbers or ship and sailing details, where you give them, so we can track arrival times.
- Correspondence – messages you send us by form, email or WhatsApp.
We do not take card or bank details through this website. Payment is arranged separately, and we never ask for card numbers by message or email.
How we collect it
Through the quote form on this site, by telephone, and through WhatsApp. The website also collects limited technical information automatically, described under Analytics below.
Why we hold it
To respond to your enquiry, to provide a quote, to carry out the journey you booked, to contact you about that journey if plans change, and to keep records required for tax and insurance purposes.
Who else sees it
Two disclosures matter and we would rather state them plainly:
- Partner operators. We operate one vehicle directly. When a booking needs a larger vehicle, we arrange it through vetted partner operators, and they receive the passenger name, contact number and journey details needed to complete the trip. We tell you before you confirm when a partner vehicle will be used.
- WhatsApp. If you contact us on WhatsApp, your message is carried by WhatsApp Ireland Limited, part of Meta, under their own terms and privacy policy. We cannot control what they retain.
Beyond that we share information with our web host and with the analytics providers listed below. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.
Analytics and cookies
This site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use it. Google sets cookies and receives your IP address and browsing behaviour on this site. Jetpack, from Automattic, provides site statistics and image delivery and also processes technical request data.
Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings. Refusing them will not stop you booking a journey.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become bookings are kept for up to 12 months. Records of completed journeys are kept for as long as tax and insurance obligations require, then deleted.
Your rights
You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. If you are contacting us from the European Union or United Kingdom, you also have rights under the GDPR, including the right to object to processing and to complain to your national data protection authority.
To exercise any of these, call us on the number below and we will confirm the request in writing.
Security
This website is served over HTTPS. Booking details are held on access-controlled systems. No system is perfectly secure, and we will tell affected customers promptly if we become aware of a breach involving their information.
Children
We carry children as passengers and provide child seats on request, but we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from anyone under 18. Bookings are made by adults.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
