Ultra Music Festival is expected at Bayfront Park on 26–28 March 2027, with Miami Music Week running through the days before it. It produces the worst transport conditions of the Miami year: road closures in the middle of Downtown, three late finishes in a row, and rideshare pricing at its annual peak.

What actually happens to the roads
Bayfront Park sits directly in Downtown Miami, not on a ring road. Biscayne Boulevard and the streets around the park close or restrict for the festival build and the event itself, which pushes normal Downtown traffic onto fewer lanes for the better part of a week.
Then, three nights running, tens of thousands of people leave at the same time, at around 2am, into an area with closed roads. That is the moment rideshare pricing peaks and driver availability collapses. It is also the moment you are least equipped to negotiate it.
Miami Music Week is the bigger booking
Ultra is three days. Miami Music Week is the whole surrounding week of pool parties, showcases and club nights spread across South Beach, Downtown, Wynwood and the Design District. For most of our clients the festival itself is a smaller part of the transport problem than the week around it.

Where we collect you
Not at the gate. With road closures around Bayfront Park, the collection point is agreed in advance and sits outside the closure perimeter, a short walk from an exit rather than in the crowd funnelling out of it. You get the location and the chauffeur’s mobile number by text before the day.
This is the single thing that separates a five-minute departure from an hour of standing on Biscayne Boulevard.
Arriving for Music Week
Miami International is closest. Fort Lauderdale is roughly 45 minutes further north and often cheaper. Late-night arrivals during Music Week are routine for us — see airport transfers for flight tracking and meet and greet.

Can you get close to Bayfront Park?
Not to the gate during the festival — the roads immediately around the park are closed. We agree a collection point just outside the perimeter, which in practice is faster than anything that tries to reach the entrance.
Do you operate at 2am and later?
Yes. Late finishes are the normal pattern for Music Week bookings, and there is no late-night surcharge or multiplier on the agreed rate.
Can you collect several people from different hotels?
Yes, at the start of the evening and at the end of it. Send the addresses when you book and we plan the order.
How far ahead should I book Music Week?
As early as you can. Music Week commits the city’s chauffeur capacity earlier than almost any other event, and evening blocks go first.
