Which airport should you fly into?
MIA is closer to Miami Beach and Downtown, and usually the better choice if your schedule allows it. FLL is roughly 45 minutes further north but often carries cheaper fares. Either works for us. If you are choosing between them, factor in that traffic on I-95 between Fort Lauderdale and Miami is genuinely unpredictable between 4pm and 7pm.

Common questions
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Nothing, from your side. We track your flight number from the moment you book, so the pickup time adjusts automatically. Delays are not charged as wait time, and you do not need to call us from the runway.
How much luggage fits?
The Suburban comfortably takes four large cases plus carry-ons with four passengers aboard. At full occupancy of six passengers, capacity drops to roughly three large cases. If you are close to the limit, tell us when booking and we will confirm honestly rather than leave you rearranging bags at the curb.
Where exactly will my driver meet me at MIA?
Inside the terminal at baggage claim, holding a name board, unless you prefer curbside. International arrivals are met after customs. We send the driver name and mobile number by text before you land.
Can you fit a car seat?
Yes. Infant, toddler and booster seats are available at no charge, but they must be requested at the time of booking so we can fit them before pickup.
Is the fare per person or per vehicle?
Per vehicle. Six passengers pay the same as one, which is what usually makes a private transfer cheaper than rideshare for families and small groups.
Do you cover Fort Lauderdale as well as Miami?
Yes, both MIA and FLL, in either direction. Fort Lauderdale runs take roughly 45 minutes longer and are priced accordingly.
